This PMC-500L liquid washing mixer is combined with mixing, heating/cooling and homogenizing functions, to produce liquid daily chemical products such as shampoo, shower gel, detergent, liquid soap, lotion, etc. Also can produce other liquid products, such as wax, hair removal, paint, etc. It's composed of main pot, bracket platform, control system.

► Characteristics: Stirring paddle with teflon scraper, high shear homogenizer, Burgmann mechanical sealing, control platform with stairs, steam or electric heating way for options, circulation water cooling.
►High Shear Bottom Homogenizer: Dentate rotor and stator assembly install- ed on the vessel bottom to make high end emulsified products.
►Mixing Fuction: Combining one-way mixing paddle with two fixed paddles, prevent the material forming vortex, mixing more sufficiently.
