1T Sealed Lid Storage Tank

The fixed stainless steel sealed lid storage tank is mainly used to store pure water for stable supply to the back end, and can also be used to store finished products for static aging. It mainly includes the following features:

1. It is made entirely of stainless steel. SUS 304 stainless steel is used for storing pure water, while SUS 316L stainless steel is used for storing finished products.
2. The inside and outside of the tank are mirror-polished to ensure there are no dead corners.
3. The top of the storage tank adopts a sealed structure and is equipped with a flange opening (easily opened and sealed), a breathing port (with a built-in filter element), a material inlet, and a CIP spray cleaning inlet.
4. The bottom of the tank features a tapered head with a discharge port at the lowest point to ensure complete discharge without any residue or waste.
5. The storage tank is fixed in place, and tanks with volumes greater than 1000L should not be moved.
6. The tank can be equipped with a side liquid level column, liquid level observation window, liquid level controller, etc., according to customer requirements.
