2T Sealed Lid Storage Tank

Fixed stainless steel sealed storage tank, mainly used to store pure water for stable supply to the back end. It can also be used to store finished products for aging. It mainly includes the following features:

1. All stainless steel materials are used for storage. Pure water storage is made of SUS 304 stainless steel, while storage for products is made of SUS 316L stainless steel.  
2. The inside and outside of the tank are mirror-polished to ensure there are no dead corners inside or outside the tank.  
3. The top of the storage tank adopts a sealed structure and is equipped with a flange opening (which can be easily opened and sealed), a breathing port (with a built-in filter element), a feeding port, and a CIP spray cleaning inlet.  
4. The bottom of the storage tank is equipped with a discharge port at the center of the conical bottom to ensure that the material in the tank can be completely discharged without any residue or waste.  
5. The storage tank is fixed, and tanks with a volume greater than 1000L should not be moved.  
6. This storage tank can be equipped with a side liquid level column, liquid level observation hole, liquid level controller, etc., according to the actual needs of customers.
