This machine performs filling by applying air pressure to the material tank. It is suitable for filling materials such as mascara, eyeliner, lip gloss, mesotherapy serum, essence, and other high-viscosity liquids and pastes.
The machine adopts a piston-type filling method with minimal dosing error. The metering valve and pipelines are easy to replace. The nozzle features a suction-back function to prevent material residue.
The pressurized material tank is detachable for easy cleaning. It is equipped with a pressure gauge and exhaust function, making it suitable for high-viscosity materials. (For low-viscosity materials with good flowability, pressurization and sealing are not necessary.)
The filling and suction speeds are adjustable. Two filling modes are available: foot pedal (manual) and automatic.
Equipped with a filling counter for convenient production tracking.
