    ‌Our 500L Vacuum Emulsifier‌ is engineered for precision processing in cosmetic and pharmaceutical formulations. Featuring steam-jacketed heating and an intuitive Siemens PLC touch screen control interface, with simplified workflow integration. Its dual-direction agitation mechanism ensures homogeneous compound dispersion for consistent batch quality.

     

    The hydraulic elevation module facilitates rapid vessel access and clean, complemented by integrated 500L aqueous-phase and 250L oil-phase reservoirs for multiphase production flexibility.
