On May 15, 2026, LIANHE MACHINERY completed the production and commissioning of a customized fully automatic filling line for a client in Mexico and officially arranged shipment. The line covers four core processes—bottle unscrambling, filling, inner plug insertion, and capping—all utilizing tracking technology for efficient and precise automated production.
The line includes an automatic bottle unscrambler, a tracking filling machine, a tracking inner plug inserter, and a tracking capping machine. Synchronized tracking technology allows filling, plug insertion, and capping to be completed while bottles are in motion without the need for pauses, significantly improving production efficiency. All units are well integrated, enabling quick changeover between different bottle types and sizes to meet high-volume production demands in the daily chemical and cosmetic industries.
Prior to shipment, the complete line underwent comprehensive integrated testing, with all performance indicators operating stably. LIANHE MACHINERY will continue to provide installation guidance and after-sales support to ensure smooth startup of the line in Mexico.
