On May 25, 2026, LIANHE MACHINERY completed production and commissioning of an automatic tube filling and sealing machine for a client in New Zealand, with shipment now arranged. The equipment is suitable for tube filling and sealing applications in cosmetics and daily chemical industries.
The machine adopts a PLC control system, realizing automatic tube loading, filling, sealing, and tube ejection in a fully automated process. The sealing method can be configured according to customer requirements, delivering firm and aesthetically pleasing seals. The equipment offers stable operation, a user-friendly interface, and easy changeover to accommodate various tube specifications.
The machine completed factory testing prior to shipment. LIANHE MACHINERY will continue to support on-site installation and commissioning to ensure smooth startup in New Zealand.
