The shipment included a 500L perfume machine, a semi-automatic perfume filling line, a semi-automatic filling machine, a custom mixing tank, a pneumatic mixing tank, and a semi-automatic capping machine.
The 500L perfume machine integrates mixing, filtration, and freezing functions, with product-contact parts in SUS316L stainless steel and the main body in SUS304, making it well-suited for large-scale refined perfume production. The semi-automatic perfume filling line and the standalone filling machine deliver precise fills and easy adjustment, offering flexibility across different filling scenarios. The semi-automatic capping machine provides even, adjustable torque and efficient changeover. The custom mixing tank and pneumatic mixing tank address different processing requirements — the pneumatic tank is driven by compressed air, ensuring safe, stable operation that is particularly suitable for volatile materials.
