On April 6, 2026, LIANHE MACHINERY completed the assembly and on-site testing of a 500L vacuum emulsifying mixer along with four supporting storage tanks for a domestic client. This equipment will be used in the core emulsification process of the client’s cosmetics production line.
During the testing process, the 500L vacuum emulsifying mixer operated smoothly, with excellent coordination among the vacuum system, homogenization system, and mixing system, achieving fine and uniform emulsion results. The four supporting storage tanks are designed for raw material storage and intermediate product holding, seamlessly connecting with the emulsifying mixer. The complete system is constructed of SUS316L stainless steel and equipped with a PLC control system, featuring a user-friendly interface with programmable and storable process parameters for efficient batch production management.
