On April 27, 2026, LIANHE MACHINERY successfully completed the full-line testing of a customized automatic filling line for a client in Mexico. The production line covers multiple core processes including bottle unscrambling, filling, transition, inner plug insertion, capping, and bottle collection. The smooth coordination among the diverse equipment types fully demonstrates LIANHE MACHINERY’s system integration capabilities in the field of custom automatic filling lines.

The equipment tested includes: an automatic bottle unscrambler, an 8-head inline synchronized tracking filling machine, two grip transition conveyors, an automatic dual-head independent tracking inner plug insert machine, a three-head three-jaw tracking capping machine, three rotary bottle collection tables, and two dual-head three-jaw independent tracking caps. During the integrated testing, all units worked in close coordination, with smooth material flow. Key performance indicators such as filling accuracy, plug insertion success rate, and capping success rate all met the client’s technical specifications.

This production line features a high degree of automation and flexible changeover capability, accommodating various bottle types, sizes, and production capacities. It is particularly suitable for high-volume, multi-variety production scenarios in industries such as daily chemicals and cosmetics. The client participated in the testing and acceptance remotely via video and expressed satisfaction with the equipment’s performance.

LIANHE MACHINERY will continue to coordinate shipment and overseas installation and commissioning to ensure the smooth startup of the full line in Mexico, helping the client enhance production efficiency and product quality.
