The unit features a PLC control system that enables precise regulation of key parameters such as emulsifying temperature, mixing speed, and homogenization time, making it suitable for cosmetic R&D, small-batch production, and university laboratory applications.
Compact in size yet fully functional, the emulsifier is built with high-quality stainless steel and equipped with a high-shear homogenizing head to produce fine and uniform emulsion. The PLC touchscreen interface is user-friendly, allowing process parameters to be set, stored, and recalled for efficient multi-product formulation management. An automatic cleaning function is also included to facilitate quick changeovers between different products.
