Today, LIANHE Machinery successfully delivered the rotary type filling machine, bottle carrying machine, and automatic labeling machine ordered by the customer from the factory to the workshop and completed the trial run.
During the trial run, we used 500ml and 200ml bottles as test samples. The rotary filling machine was pre-configured with parameters for 500ml bottles, and successfully completed the filling and capping operations. The video of the machine in operation was also filmed to allow the customer to visually understand its functionality.
At the same time, we also filmed the video explaining the machine adjustments, demonstrating how to adjust the various components of the machine and set the PLC screen parameters when switching to 200ml bottles, ensuring that the customer can easily master the operating techniques. The video was sent to the customer to help them understand and quickly get started with the actual operation.
