On October 28, 2025, two 50L homogenizing mixers meticulously crafted by LIANHE MACHINERY for its Indonesian client completed final testing and packaging and officially departed for Indonesia. These two units will primarily be used for the client’s new product development and small-batch trial production.
This model of homogenizing mixer is a small-scale mixing device. The equipment is made of high-quality stainless steel, with a precision-polished inner wall to ensure no residue or contamination during material mixing. Each unit is equipped with an adjustable-speed mixing system to meet the mixing needs of materials with different viscosities. Furthermore, a unique heat exchange jacket design supports heating or cooling functions, providing the client with more flexible process options.
Notably, the two units delivered this time are of identical specifications and configurations, which not only facilitates standardized operating procedures and maintenance for the client but also allows them to serve as backups for each other during production, effectively ensuring the continuity of R&D and production activities.
