On May 12, 2026, LIANHE MACHINERY completed the loading of a customized cosmetic production line for a Tunisian client, occupying four 40HQ containers. The line covers the entire process from raw material emulsification and mixing to filling, capping, cap tightening, crimping, cartoning, aluminum foil sealing, and film wrapping, capable of producing perfumes, lotions, creams, and other products.
All equipment underwent factory testing and integrated trial runs prior to loading. The modular design allows each unit to operate independently or in sequence, giving the client flexibility to adjust production according to order volume. The equipment selection balances production efficiency and product quality, accommodating different viscosity levels and packaging specifications.
LIANHE MACHINERY will continue to support on-site installation and commissioning, as well as provide necessary operation training, to ensure a smooth production startup and reliable support for the client's cosmetic manufacturing.
