On June 15, 2026, LIANHE MACHINERY completed production and commissioning of a 1.2T vacuum emulsifier for a client in Indonesia, with shipment now arranged. The equipment will be used in the core emulsification process of the client's daily chemical and skincare production line.
The vacuum emulsifier is constructed of high-quality stainless steel and equipped with a high-shear homogenization system and efficient mixing device, delivering fine and stable emulsification results. The unit supports both heating and cooling temperature control to meet the process requirements of various formulations. With a rational structural design and user-friendly interface, it enables production staff to quickly master operation. Excellent sealing performance ensures stable emulsification under vacuum conditions.
