On June 26, 2026, LIANHE MACHINERY completed production and commissioning of the third batch of equipment for a U.S. client, with shipment now arranged. This batch includes a chiller, a rotary integrated filling and capping machine for liquids and creams, a pouch packaging machine, an automatic aluminum foil sealer, and a lifting homogenizer, further completing the client's full daily chemical production line.
The rotary integrated filling and capping machine handles water-based products, lotions, and creams in a single unit. The lifting homogenizer uses pneumatic lift for easy operation with containers of varying heights. The chiller provides stable cooling for the production line, while the pouch packaging machine and aluminum foil sealer support flexible packaging and secure sealing needs. This batch is compact and practical, complementing the previously delivered mixing vessels and filling lines to form a complete production system.
All equipment completed factory testing prior to shipment. LIANHE MACHINERY will continue to provide on-site installation and commissioning support to ensure smooth integration and full production startup upon arrival of the third batch.
