LIANHE MACHINERY recently successfully delivered daily chemical production line equipment to a client in the Philippines. This project includes a 100L emulsifier, a fully automatic six-head filler, a capping machine, a round bottle labeler, and a pillow packaging machine, forming a complete daily chemical production line.
The entire line features a modular design, enabling fully automated production from emulsification to packaging. The 100L emulsifier utilizes homogenizing technology for smooth and uniform emulsification; the fully automatic six-head filler is equipped with high-precision flow control for excellent filling efficiency; the fully automatic capping machine features precise torque control to ensure capping quality; the round bottle labeler offers precise positioning for aesthetically pleasing labeling; and the pillow packaging machine operates stably and maintains a tight seal. The entire line boasts a well-organized layout and is easy to operate and maintain.
