LIANHE MACHINERY recently successfully completed the delivery of perfume production equipment to a customer in Oman. This project includes a perfume machine, a semi-automatic perfume filling line, sealed storage tanks, and a water treatment system, forming a complete perfume production solution.
The perfume machine, independently developed by our company, is specifically designed for post-freezing clarification and filtration of liquids such as cosmetics and perfumes. It is ideal for cosmetics factories filtering cosmetics and perfumes. Made of high-quality 304 or 316L stainless steel, it utilizes a pneumatic diaphragm imported from the United States as a pressure source for positive pressure filtration.
The semi-automatic perfume filling line is designed for precise filling of liquid products such as perfume, cologne, and floral water. It includes a semi-automatic four-head perfume filler, a pneumatic capping machine, a pneumatic capping machine, and a tube cutter. These machines are constructed of stainless steel for easy installation, use, and cleaning.
